Portia Motter appeals from an order of the United States District Court that entered a judgment notwithstanding the verdict (judgment n. o.v.) in favor of appellee, Everest & Jennings, Inc. following a $700,000.00 jury verdict for Motter. The district court had jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332 and we have jurisdiction in accord with 28 U.S.C. § 1291. Our review of the judgment n. o.v. grant is plenary. Because we are satisfied that there was sufficient evidence to support the jurys verdict, we will reverse the entry of judgment n. o.v. in favor of appellee and reinstate Motters verdict.
